Project Lead Manager

Eva Weissman’s global health focus centers on strengthening health systems through resource stewardship and operational design, with an interest in learning from the adaptability of low- and middle-income settings. She is especially drawn to applications in maternal and perinatal care. Her interests in global health equity align with the Center’s themes of empowering women, strengthening systems for health, addressing social and environmental determinants of health, and developing technical solutions. Weissman’s work focuses on applied, practice-based approaches to how health systems function and adapt across different resource settings, particularly in service delivery, workforce models, and resource utilization. She is especially interested in how operational approaches from low- and middle-income contexts can inform more effective and equitable care delivery.
