Mosoka Papa Fallah’s global health focus centers on pandemic preparedness, prevention, and response, spanning more than 14 years of work from epidemiologic surveillance to research across the full spectrum of PPR. His interests in global health equity align with the Center’s themes of strengthening systems for health, addressing social and environmental determinants of health, and developing technical solutions. Fallah’s research includes leading the largest longitudinal cohort study of Ebola survivors and conducting research on infectious diseases with pandemic potential, including COVID-19, filoviruses and arboviruses, and mpox. He leads and coordinates clinical trials for new medical countermeasures, as well as epidemiological, socio-behavioral, operational, and implementation research to strengthen infectious disease responses.
