Mental health equity, community-based participatory research, global health

Her interests in global health equity align with the Center's themes of addressing social and environmental determinants of health, empowering women, and communities, and strengthening systems for health. Stacciarini’s research investigates mental and behavioral health disparities, using community-based participatory research and innovative socio-spatial approaches. She has integrated and leveraged interdisciplinary knowledge that too often exists in isolated silos, developing unique approaches in research for working with and for minoritized groups.
